R.I.A. Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial who is owned by its members. Your Board of Directors is comprised of nine elected members who guide and govern to serve our members’ interests. Each board member serves without pay and accepts the responsibility of providing leadership, oversight, and accountability for the organization.

Your R.I.A. FCU Board of Directors is proud to support the communities we serve. It is made up of subcommittees formed to govern in the best interests of our membership.
Governance and Nominating Committee
Responsible for enhancing the overall leadership quality, effectiveness, and strategic impact of the credit union’s board and all the elements of its governance structure and policies. Supervisory Committee
Responsible for working to assist board, CEO and Senior Management to safeguard the credit union’s members’ assets. Committee’s purpose is to ensure the reliability of and the integrity of the credit union’s financial and operational information, statements, and reporting processes. Finance Committee
Responsible for working to assist the board, CEO and Senior Management to safeguard the credit union’s members’ assets. Exposure to Interest Rate Risk is the vulnerability of RIA’s financial condition to adverse movements in market interest rates.
